This page is for the Art Club Members. It includes documents and logs that will be useful to all members. Please feel free to print if you choose, but you will not be able to make changes to these documents.
The first two links below are the primary links that members will use. The first to sign-up for events or activities for the school year. The second is a document which will show them their volunteer hours (each member is required to volunteer a certain number of hours to stay in art club & required to volunteer a certain number of hours to go to the Renaissance Festival).
The next four links are other documents that members will need to be familiar with or may use to join the SHS Art Club.

This page link will take members to active forms that will allow members and officers to sign-up for different events or activities. Spaces for members are limited, so be 100% certain you can be there before signing-up. If all spaces are taken, you may be put on a "on-call" list, where the sponsor will contact you if more help is needed.

This document is a log of all Art Club Members' events/activities volunteer hours. The main log shows all events/activities together, & at the bottom of the page is a tab that will break down each event's/activity's volunteer hours. This log will be maintained by the club's sponsor.

This page will take members to forms for voting on various club decisions. Members will be required to include their name, but only for the club sponsor to see who voted and who still needs to vote.

This document is a new requirement & must be filled completed & returned to the club sponsor before a student can be enrolled as a SHS Art Club member. The sponsor & current club officers will evaluate each application. Not all applicants will be approved due to the new member cap for the club (see Art Club Constitution for more information).

This document is only to be complete if the students has completed their Member Application Form & was approved. The first two pages are filled with information for students & parents about the student requirements & parental permissions. The third page is what will need to be completed by both the student & parents to achieve full membership.
